Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

By scheduling time with Christine Reid, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all services offered, including modeling sessions, private engagements, and intimacy coaching. All communication and bookings are handled with the utmost professionalism, privacy, and care.

2. Services Offered

Christine provides time and companionship in the form of:
• Editorial, lingerie, and fine art modeling
• Private bookings with approved clients
• Intimacy and embodiment coaching designed to support self-awareness, connection, and personal exploration

All services are centered on mutual respect, comfort, and consent. This space is intended for artistic and personal connection only.

3. Age Requirement

All clients must be 18 years of age or older. Government-issued identification may be required during the screening process. No exceptions will be made.

4. Screening & Booking

All clients are required to complete a screening form in full before any session is confirmed. This includes:
• Full name
• Preferred session type and duration
• Valid photo ID
• Professional reference or alternative verification

Bookings made on behalf of another person must clearly disclose that at the time of inquiry. The individual attending the session must also complete screening and agree to these terms.

5. Deposit & Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm any session. This secures your requested time and allows Christine to prepare for your engagement.
• Deposits are non-refundable
• With at least 48 hours’ notice, your deposit may be transferred to a future session at Christine’s discretion
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the deposit and may affect future booking eligibility

6. Mutual Respect & Conduct

Christine reserves the right to end any session immediately, without refund, if at any point she feels unsafe, disrespected, or uncomfortable. This includes:
• Harassment or aggressive behavior
• Unwanted language or physical conduct
• Dishonesty during the screening process
• Pressuring for experiences outside of what was agreed upon

All engagements are rooted in mutual enthusiasm, clear communication, and shared boundaries.

7. Safety & Environment

To maintain the safety of both parties, the following rules apply:
• No video, audio, or photography is permitted unless agreed upon in advance
• Sessions must occur in a private, safe, and clean environment
• No third parties may be present unless explicitly approved
• Use of illicit substances during sessions is strictly prohibited

Christine may exit a session immediately without refund if these conditions are violated.

8. Image Rights & Privacy

Christine maintains full rights to her name, image, and likeness. Any unauthorized use of her photos, likeness, or personal details is prohibited.
All communications and session details are confidential. Discretion is mutual and expected.

9. Legal Acknowledgement

Any time booked with Christine is for professional companionship, coaching, or modeling services only. Anything that may or may not occur is between consenting adults and not contracted for or implied. These terms are governed by mutual respect and do not constitute an agreement for any illegal activity.
